• TASTING NOTE: Black fruits, concentrated wild berries, spices, dark chocolate and a slight earthiness. Beautiful acidity and pure with a mineral driven finish. 

• ABOUT THE WINE: Organically farmed fruit is hand picked and de stemmed and vinified traditionally with no additions. Aged in old oak and bottled with minimal sulphites. This is a darker, more concentrated Côtes du Rhône than expressions from the southern Rhone.
