Sustained garnet colour.
Nose of small red fruits, pleasant and elegant, developing on notes of violet and peony, with spicy notes.
Lots of roundness in the mouth. Velvety texture, with a nice tension. A beautiful Syrah of pleasure.

Served at 15-17°C with a Rossini tournedos or a leg of lamb.
When young, we recommend decanting this wine 1 hour before serving it.
